This means that the legal foundation of Strategic Alignment Ltd is not a matter of policy or preference. It is a matter of public record, enforceable in courts and arbitration tribunals around the world.

It provides a stable, neutral foundation for member agreements regardless of where members are based — and awards issued through Hong Kong arbitration are enforceable in over 170 countries under the New York Convention.
How It Works
Strategic Alignment Ltd's property access model is built on a deliberate two-layer legal structure designed to protect member access independently of the organization's ongoing operation.
Layer One — The Property Holding Entity
A dedicated property holding entity secures the land. This entity holds title independently, keeping the land at arm's length from Strategic Alignment Ltd's operations. The holding entity is bound by lease terms that cloud the title — meaning the property cannot be transacted on in a way that disrupts member access.
Layer Two — Strategic Alignment Ltd's Lease Position
Strategic Alignment Ltd holds long-term leases of up to 50 years, with renewal rights, from the property holding entity on behalf of its members. Your access is documented within this lease structure and legally protected from the moment you enroll.
Step-In Rights
If Strategic Alignment Ltd as an organization were ever to cease operating, members have the legal right to step directly into the property lease. Your access does not depend on Strategic Alignment Ltd staying in business indefinitely. The land is held independently — and your rights to it are preserved regardless of what happens at the organizational level.
Non-Disturbance Guarantee
Your access rights survive any change in management, restructuring, or disruption to Strategic Alignment Ltd. This guarantee is written into the legal framework governing every membership — not simply stated as a policy that can be changed at will.
Your Agreement
Every Strategic Alignment Ltd member signs a comprehensive 21-clause Membership Agreement prior to enrollment being confirmed. This agreement is the legal document that binds Strategic Alignment Ltd to its commitments — and defines your rights in full.
What the Agreement Covers
The Membership Agreement documents your access rights to all current and future Oasis properties, your financial protections including cause-only termination provisions, refund provisions, and the full terms of your enrollment. Nothing material to your membership is left to verbal assurance alone.
Cause-Only Termination
Strategic Alignment Ltd cannot revoke your membership without cause. Once enrolled and paid, your access is secured for life. Cause-only termination provisions are written into the agreement and enforceable under Hong Kong law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Your Membership Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes are resolved through the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) — one of the world's leading arbitration institutions. Awards are enforceable in over 170 countries under the New York Convention, giving your legal protections genuine international reach.
Refund Policy
Strategic Alignment Ltd's Membership Agreement includes defined refund provisions, the terms of which are outlined in full within the agreement itself.
As a general principle, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the specific circumstances and timing of the request. Members who wish to discuss their options are encouraged to contact a Strategic Alignment Ltd representative directly.
What Is Not Subject to Negotiation
Your access rights are not subject to any refund process. Once enrolled, your membership rights are secured for life and cannot be unilaterally revoked by Strategic Alignment Ltd without cause. The refund provisions exist for financial matters only — they do not affect, diminish, or threaten your access to the network.
How We Are Run
Strategic Alignment Ltd operates under a formal governance structure defined in its Articles of Association and enforceable under Hong Kong law.
Board of Directors
A board of 3 to 9 directors governs the organization on staggered 2-year terms.
Four Officer Roles
Four defined officer positions — Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer — each carry specific responsibilities within the organization.
Company Secretary
A Company Secretary is maintained as required under Hong Kong law — responsible for ensuring the organization meets its legal obligations and that records are properly kept and filed.
Conflict of Interest Provisions
Directors are required to declare any conflicts of interest and are prohibited from voting on matters in which they hold a personal interest. These provisions are written into the Articles of Association and enforceable under Hong Kong law.
Annual General Meeting
An Annual General Meeting is held each year at which members review organizational activities, finances, and leadership. This is not a formality — it is a legally required forum for member oversight and accountability.
Financial Transparency
Strategic Alignment Ltd operates with full financial transparency. There are no outside investors, no debt, and no hidden financial obligations. Enrollment dues are allocated across property access rights, the referral program, and organizational stability — and members have full visibility into this allocation through the Annual General Meeting and ongoing communication from the administrative team.
A Note On
Strategic Alignment Ltd operates a single-tier, one-time referral program. If you introduce someone who enrolls, you receive a one-time fee of US$3,500 drawn from the enrollment margin — not from the new member's pocket, and not from any other member's funds.
This program is open to everyone, not just members. It is entirely optional. Your membership benefits are never contingent on referring anyone.
The referral program is not the revenue model. The revenue model is property acquisition. Strategic Alignment Ltd could stop accepting new members today and every existing member would retain full, uninterrupted access to every property in the network.
