The Organisation
Strategic Alignment Ltd is a member-owned cooperative incorporated in Hong Kong. Your enrollment funds the acquisition of usage rights to exceptional properties around the world — all purchased debt-free, with no mortgages or financial encumbrances. No outside investors. No shareholders. The organisation exists entirely to serve its members.
The Legal Structure
SAL enters into long-term leases of up to 50 years — with renewal rights — from independent property owners. In Mexico, where foreign ownership is restricted in coastal zones, this is done through a legally established fideicomiso — a legally established bank trust used for decades by foreign nationals accessing Mexican coastal property. SAL's properties comply fully with this structure. The land is held independently of SAL's operations, meaning your rights are never tied solely to the organisation's continued existence.
The Properties
Your first Oasis is Sisal Beach, Mérida — a private white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico, surrounded by natural jungle and pink flamingo migration routes. Active now. As SAL grows, new Oases are added in Tulum, Sian Ka'an, Cozumel, and beyond. Every new property added to the network becomes part of your membership automatically — at no extra cost.
Your Access
There are no fixed weeks, no points systems, no blackout dates, and no rotating schedules. You may access any property in the network at any time, year-round, for the rest of your life. The only guidelines are responsible use — a maximum of 60 consecutive days per visit and 120 days per year at any single property — so every member can enjoy the community equally.
The Simple Truth
Ninety-nine people pool their resources to buy land and build a world-class beachfront resort. Everyone pays the same amount for their stage of entry. No artificial hierarchy. No outside financiers. No obligations to anyone who doesn't belong here.
How Members Join
Membership opens in stages, and each stage moves the Oasis forward:
Stage One — The first members purchase the land outright
Stage Two — A small second group begins development
Stage Three — The next group completes initial construction
Stage Four — The finishing touches are put in place
The enrollment price increases with each stage. This is intentional — it is fair to those who came first and took on the most uncertainty, and it gives SAL the financial flexibility to ensure the end result is the finest of its kind. From day one of their enrollment, every member has access to the land regardless of what stage of development the Oasis is in.

How the Oasis Sustains Itself
Every Oasis property is member-managed. Home Members of each property hold equal voting rights on all Oasis matters. SAL provides the framework — enrollment support, governance guidelines, legal structure, professional contacts, sourcing, and research — throughout the life of each property.
The Steward Program grows naturally from the early member pool. Stewards take the lead in overseeing the Oasis through completion and beyond, compensated on a cost-plus-10% basis from member dues. Initial member dues cover the first year of taxes and insurance. Construction funding covers routine maintenance throughout the build.
Life After Completion
Once the Oasis is complete, the opportunity doesn't end — it evolves. Vacant rooms that members aren't using are made available to the public through a carefully managed rental program. This isn't just a revenue stream. It's the engine that keeps the Oasis running at no ongoing cost to members — covering taxes, insurance, and the kind of operational excellence that turns a property into a true resort experience.

Step-In Rights
If SAL ceased to operate, members have the legal right to step directly into the property leases. Your access does not depend on SAL staying in business indefinitely.
Non-Disturbance
Your access rights survive any change in SAL's management, restructuring, or disruption to any lease — written into the legal framework, not merely promised.
Cause-Only Termination
SAL cannot revoke your membership without cause. Once enrolled and paid, your access is secured for life under the Membership Agreement.
Hong Kong Law
Your agreement is governed by Hong Kong law — one of the world's most respected legal frameworks — and is enforceable in over 170 countries.
Not a Timeshare
