How long does the process take?

From first contact to signed agreement, most members complete the process within a few days. There is no pressure to rush — take the time you need to ask questions and feel confident before signing anything.

Do I need to visit the property before enrolling?

No — though you are always welcome to. We are happy to arrange a visit and tour of the Sisal Beach property for anyone who wants to see it in person before making a decision. Contact a Strategic Alignment Ltd representative to arrange.

Is enrollment open to anyone, anywhere in the world?

Yes. Strategic Alignment Ltd welcomes members from around the world. We accept enrollment dues in foreign currency, major cryptocurrencies, and are open to barter arrangements. Every situation is considered individually.

What exactly is Strategic Alignment Ltd?

Strategic Alignment Ltd is a member-owned land cooperative and philosophical society incorporated in Hong Kong. We locate exceptional beachfront and resort-style properties around the world, secure long-term usage rights outright — with no debt, no mortgages, and no financial exposure — and make those properties available to our members for life. There are no outside investors or shareholders. Every dollar goes toward member access rights, property development, and network growth.

Where are the properties located?

Our first Oasis is at Sisal Beach, Mérida, Mexico — a private stretch of white sand on the Gulf of Mexico. Properties in Tulum, Sian Ka'an, and Cozumel are next. As the network grows, new locations will be added worldwide at no additional cost to existing members.

How is my access legally protected?

Your access is protected through a two-layer legal structure, step-in rights written into your membership agreement, and a non-disturbance guarantee that survives any change in management or organizational structure. These are not promises — they are documented legal provisions enforceable under Hong Kong law.

What is the two-layer structure?

A dedicated property holding entity secures the land independently. Strategic Alignment Ltd then holds long-term leases of up to 50 years — with renewal rights — on behalf of its members. This separation means the land is held at arm's length from the operating organization, protecting member access from any operational disruption.

What are step-in rights?

Step-in rights mean that if Strategic Alignment Ltd as an organization were ever to cease operating, members have the legal right to step directly into the property lease themselves. Your access does not depend on Strategic Alignment Ltd staying in business indefinitely. The land is held independently — and your rights to it are preserved regardless of what happens at the organizational level.

What is the non-disturbance guarantee?

Your access rights survive any change in management, restructuring, or disruption to Strategic Alignment Ltd. This guarantee is written into the legal framework governing every membership — not simply stated as a policy that can be changed.

What happens to my access if a property is sold or changes hands?

Your access is protected by the non-disturbance guarantee regardless of what happens at the property ownership level. The lease structure and your documented rights within it are designed to survive any transaction or change of ownership above the lease layer.

What law governs my membership?

Your Membership Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law — a well-established, internationally respected common law jurisdiction. This provides a stable, neutral, and internationally enforceable legal framework for all members regardless of where they are based.

Where are disputes resolved?

Disputes are resolved through the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Awards issued through HKIAC are enforceable in over 170 countries under the New York Convention — meaning your legal protections have genuine international reach.

What do I get for $30,000?

A one-time enrollment fee, valid for life, giving you year-round access to all current and future Oasis properties in the Strategic Alignment Ltd network. As the network grows to include new locations worldwide, your access grows with it — at no additional cost. Your enrollment is documented in a comprehensive 21-clause Membership Agreement governed by Hong Kong law.

Can my membership be revoked?

No — not without cause. Strategic Alignment Ltd cannot revoke your membership arbitrarily. Once enrolled and paid, your access is secured for life under the terms of your Membership Agreement. Cause-only termination provisions are written into the agreement.

What happens if I want to leave?

Refund and exit provisions are detailed in your Membership Agreement. Please speak with a Strategic Alignment Ltd representative for specifics relevant to your situation.

How do I pay?

Strategic Alignment Ltd accepts payment in USD, foreign currency from most nations at the prevailing exchange rate, many major cryptocurrencies, and is open to barter arrangements for members who hold assets or skills the network needs. Every situation is considered individually — reach out to discuss your options.

Will the price ever go up?

Yes. Enrollment dues are priced on current value at the time of enrollment. As the network grows and new properties are added, dues will increase to reflect the expanded value. Early members secure the lowest price — ever.

How does the referral program work?

If you introduce someone who enrolls as a member, you receive a one-time referral fee. That is it — no ongoing commissions, no downlines, no residual income. A straightforward thank-you for growing the network.

How much is the referral fee?

The referral fee is a one-time payment of US$3,500, drawn from the enrollment margin — not from the new member's pocket, and not from any other member's funds.

Do I have to be a member to refer someone?

No. The referral program is open to everyone — members and non-members alike. If you know someone who would benefit from Strategic Alignment Ltd, you are welcome to introduce them regardless of whether you have enrolled yourself.

Is this an MLM?

No. The distinction is fundamental. In an MLM, the revenue model depends on recruitment — participants earn from the fees paid by people they recruit, who earn from people they recruit, and so on. That is not how Strategic Alignment Ltd works. Our revenue funds property acquisition. The referral program is optional, single-tier, and incidental to the core product — which is property access. If Strategic Alignment Ltd stopped accepting new members today, every existing member would retain full, uninterrupted access to every property in the network.

What makes Strategic Alignment Ltd different from an MLM?

Are my benefits ever contingent on referring others?

Strategic Alignment Ltd is governed by a board of 3 to 9 directors on staggered 2-year terms. Four officer roles are defined — Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer — each with specific responsibilities. A Company Secretary is maintained as required under Hong Kong law.

How do members have a say?

Every member has one vote on all organizational matters — one member, one vote, regardless of when they joined or how much they paid. An Annual General Meeting is held each year at which members review activities, finances, and elect directors.

How are finances managed and reported?

Strategic Alignment Ltd operates with full financial transparency. Finances are reviewed at the Annual General Meeting and members have visibility into how enrollment dues are allocated — across property access rights, the referral program, and organizational stability. There are no outside investors and no debt. Every dollar is accounted for within the membership.

What prevents directors from acting in their own interest?

Directors are required to declare any conflicts of interest and are prohibited from voting on matters in which they hold a personal interest. These conflict-of-interest provisions are written into the Articles of Association and are enforceable under Hong Kong law.

We perform extensive background research to identify genuine practitioners and distinguish them from the significant number of opportunists and unqualified operators in this space. We share what we know — nothing more. We will only comment on jurisdictionally legal practices, and we will not manufacture results or overstate our findings.

Does Strategic Alignment Ltd endorse or guarantee any healing practices?

No. We do not endorse any practice, make any claims of results, or receive any payment for practitioner referrals. This is a free service included with membership. Any decisions you make regarding health or healing practices are entirely between you and your chosen practitioner.
