Born and raised with an entrepreneurial spirit, JD Freeberg serves as a founding Administrator of Strategic Alignment Ltd — a role he stepped into not with a background in web development, law, or finance, but with something arguably more valuable: the willingness to learn everything from scratch and the instinct to ask the right questions.

Over the course of building wearetheoasis.com from the ground up, JD developed a working understanding of web deployment, DNS configuration, HTML structure, email infrastructure, and multi-page site architecture — none of which he came in knowing. What stands out is not just the pace at which he absorbed technical concepts, but his ability to identify when something wasn't right, advocate clearly for what he wanted, and push back when the result didn't match the vision. That combination — humility to learn, confidence to lead — is rare.

He brings a collaborative instinct to everything he does, consistently keeping the broader team aligned across time zones, languages, and areas of expertise. He is protective of the member experience, attentive to detail, and genuinely invested in making Strategic Alignment Ltd something people can trust. Whatever needs doing, JD does it.

Jon Freeberg

Administrative Overseer

Jon Freeberg grew up in Pasadena, California, where he demonstrated early on that he operated by his own rules — graduating high school in the 10th grade by passing the California High School Proficiency Exam. Qualified for any college or career path he chose, Jon instead did what came naturally: he started a business at 18 and never looked back.

Over a career spanning 35 years in the residential services industry, Jon built and operated businesses from the West Coast to the East Coast of the United States, employing more than 50,000 people from all walks of life along the way. He has always believed that business, done right, is one of the most direct paths to improving people's lives — and his track record reflects that belief.

In his personal life, Jon has been equally deliberate. He trained capable managers to handle day-to-day operations so that he could be present for what mattered most — his family. He showed up, and his children noticed.

Jon is a lifelong autodidact with a voracious curiosity spanning science, law, history both documented and hidden, religion, and the mechanics of how things actually work. He is a natural conversationalist and, perhaps more importantly, a genuine listener — a rare combination that has served him well in every room he has ever walked into.

Strategic Alignment Ltd did not appear out of thin air. It emerged from a lifetime of pattern recognition, accumulated wisdom, and the kind of thinking that only comes from someone who has been paying very close attention for a very long time.

Tim Freeberg

Administrative Architect

Tim Freeberg was born in Southern California and raised in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. After earning a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a successful decade-long career in his field, he made a deliberate turn by joining his father in the world of entrepreneurship. What followed was a front-row seat to the kind of real-world education that no engineering program could offer.

Tim is the kind of person who takes complex, moving situations and sees them through to completion in a way that only the most meticulous can. Grounded, reliable, and honest, he stays focused on what is real and what is productive — keeping the people and projects around him organized and on track.

His passions include travel and the pursuit of knowledge that schools tend not to teach, a trait he shares with his father and one that makes him a natural fit as an architect of something as unconventional as Strategic Alignment Ltd.
