A dedicated property holding entity secures the land. Strategic Alignment Ltd holds long-term leases of up to 50 years, with renewal rights, on behalf of its members. Your access is legally documented and protected from the moment you enroll.
If anything were ever to happen to Strategic Alignment Ltd as an organization, members have the legal right to step directly into the property lease. Your access does not depend on any single company staying in business. The land is held independently — and your rights to it are preserved regardless of what happens above.
Your access rights survive any change in management, restructuring, or disruption to Strategic Alignment Ltd. This is not a promise — it is written into the legal framework that governs every membership.

Strategic Alignment Ltd is a philosophical society as much as it is a land cooperative — built on sound principles, the Golden Rule, and a genuine belief that personal freedom is still worth pursuing.

The Referral Program
A simple thank-you — not a business model.
If you introduce someone who joins Strategic Alignment Ltd, you receive a one-time referral fee of US$3,500. That's it.
If Strategic Alignment Ltd stopped accepting new members today, every existing member would retain full, uninterrupted access to every property in the network. Our revenue model is property acquisition — not recruitment. The referral program is optional and incidental. A thank-you, not the engine.
Cause-Only Termination
Strategic Alignment Ltd cannot revoke your membership without cause. Once you have paid, your access is secured for life under the terms of your Membership Agreement.
Hong Kong Law — Internationally Enforceable
Your Membership Agreement is governed by Hong Kong law, with disputes resolved through the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. Awards are enforceable in over 170 countries under the New York Convention — meaning your legal protections have genuine international reach.
A 21-Clause Agreement — Not Just a Promise
When you enroll, you sign a comprehensive Membership Agreement that documents every right, protection, and provision in writing. This is the legal substance behind everything stated on this page.
Flexible Entry
Strategic Alignment Ltd accepts membership dues in many forms. Whatever your situation, there may be a path in.
Strategic Alignment Ltd accepts foreign currency from most nations worldwide. Dues may be settled in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at time of enrollment.
Many major cryptocurrencies are accepted toward membership dues. Contact us to discuss which currencies are currently supported and conversion terms.
If you hold an asset or possess a skill that a Property needs, partial or full entry dues may be negotiated through barter. Every situation is considered on its own merits.

Strategic Alignment Ltd locates unencumbered beachfront properties and prepays for unlimited term leases organized in 50 year increments, then Strategic Alignment Ltd arranges for infrastructure development. There's a land title holding corporation that leases the debt free land to Strategic Alignment Ltd for Strategic Alignment Ltd's Members. The lease binds the land holding company and clouds Title so the property cannot be transacted on. Thus ensuring uninterrupted Member enjoyment. There are no investors or outside shareholders. Every Strategic Alignment Ltd dollar goes toward Member access rights, infrastructure development and Network stability through Strategic Alignment Ltd's administrative team. Strategic Alignment Ltd aligns the properties for Member access Network wide and facilitates the addition of new Members so the Property options continue increasing.
Your Money
Your one-time enrollment dues are allocated across three things. First, property access rights — securing your membership and your place in the network for life. Second, the referral program — a straightforward, one-time thank-you paid to anyone who introduces a new enrollee, whether they are a member or not. The Referral Program
Yes — and this program is open to everyone, not just members. If you introduce someone who enrolls, you receive a one-time referral fee. That fee comes from the enrollment margin — not from the new member's pocket, not from anyone else in the Group. No chains, no downlines, no pressure. Just a simple thank-you for growing the network.

No. Strategic Alignment Ltd accepts foreign currency from most nations, many major cryptocurrencies, and is open to discussing barter arrangements for members who hold assets or skills the Group needs.
